Camille has a background working in the human resources, legal, finance, and consulting industries in both government and private sectors. Formerly, Camille worked for a “big four” consulting firm providing advisory services to public law offices and other departments in a large county government. She served as the point of contact to high-level elected officials and successfully led operational assessments and implementations in a $44 million multi-year operational transformation project for the same county government. Currently, Camille works with startups, small to mid-size law firms to provide and implement solutions to everyday law firm challenges and meet operational demands. As a former paralegal, corporate management consultant, and once a client, Camille has a 360-view of the legal industry. From an on-the-ground perspective, she understands the support attorneys need in their cases. And from a high-level, she understands what it takes to manage a law firm, meet operational requirements, and the resources needed for optimal law firm performance.
